Spice aisle
In Wal Mart
I spotted the
Mustard seed
Before
The bay leaves
And Jesus
And I
Had a silent chat
This afternoon
As other shoppers
Went about
Their days
true
Lord You don’t My accomplishment You want My obedience A trust Without condition I could try And give You the world Then I Remember It’s yours The purest love Requires Not grand gestures And public audiences But quiet resolve To be The best Ambassador For the Kingdom

ReplyDeleteOh I love this!! We taught about the mustard seed in our Sunday school class a few weeks ago and I brought some to show the kids. I too had a moment with the Lord as I looked at those teeny tiny seeds. "Oh Lord grow my faith!"
